Prior to founding Orchard Aviation Capital, Garrett spent over a decade as a fundamental investor in public markets, most recently spending nine years as an analyst at Greenlight Capital, a leading hedge fund in New York.  Prior to business school, Garrett was a Senior Analyst at Booz & Company, a strategy and management consulting firm, in the Dallas and Dubai offices.

Garrett holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, and graduated with honors from Dartmouth College with a degree in computer science.
